Weird Permissions errors on OS X 10.9

Permission differ on ”usr/bin/c++filt”, should be -rwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .Repaired ”usr/bin/c++filt”
Permission differ on ”usr/bin/flex++”, should be -rwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .Repaired ”usr/bin/flex++”
Permission differ on ”usr/bin/g++”, should be -rwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .Repaired ”usr/bin/g++”
Permission differ on ”usr/bin/gcc”, should be -rwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .Repaired ”usr/bin/gcc”
Permission differ on ”usr/bin/gcov”, should be -rwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .Repaired ”usr/bin/gcov”
Permission differ on ”usr/bin/make”, should be -rwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .Repaired ”usr/bin/make”

They won't be fixed through repairing, I'm a bit scared since its the /usr/bin
files. Help anyone?

May be you can try to boot into recovery partition, and run the disk utility at there to fix the permission.

I ran the terminal command "sudo chmod 755 /usr/bin/c++filt"
It should set the permissions to -rwxr-xr-x . But it still appears in the repair permissions, why?
