By "expensive" I mean "could cost you money by using your data allowance without you realising".

So yesterday I was doing the ironing, whilst listening to Absolute Classic Rock on my phone, streaming over Bluetooth to a speaker in the house (I know how to party!). When I finished, I closed the app by double-tap, swipe up. Music stopped. I disconnected from the speaker.

An hour or so later I went out in the car. Whilst in the car I hit the button on the radio that connects my phone and plays music. Music started playing. After a couple of songs I realised that actually it was still the radio station playing - now streaming over 4G - even though the app wasn't running. I double-checked, and sure enough it definitely wasn't running.

I let it carry on (had no way of stopping it short of turning the phone off, and I was driving so couldn't play around with it). When I got home I saw the app had used 130MB of cellular data (to be fair, I don't know for sure what, if any, it had used before then).

Obviously the quick fix is to disable cellular data for that app, but has anyone else experienced this?
