Weird problem for me

So this just happened... I launched an app (Twitter, not that I think it matters) and I got a loud fuzz sound and the screen seized up with broken black lines all through it. The phone then turned off and I had to turn it back on.. So far it's fine.

Is this an ios9 (9.0.2) glitch/problem or could something potentially be wrong with the phone itself?
Has anyone else experienced this?

Never seen that. I would back it up and return it. Sounds like a failure in the making.
