Weird problem in my iphone , Suddenly cannot hear the remote party good.

HI,

I have an Iphone 4 OS 5.01 +jailbreak , everything was good didn't have any problem suddenly i almost cannot hear the remote party i hear it very low the I tried to change the volume to Maximum but it is already on Maximum , i did Hard reset and still the same problem.
On speaker i don't have any problem only in a regular call.
I didn't dropped the phone or something like this just suddenly i have this problem ... :-(

Did someone encounter this kind of issue ? i hope this is not an HW problem ....

How can i know if its a HW or not ? or what is wrong ???
