Weird problem w/ IPCC File

OK,

So I used the modified IPCC file and it loaded the MMS/Tethering options. I then rebooted my phone and lost the MMS settings, kept the tethering.

Nothing I do now can restore the MMS settings (enabled/subject) in the "Messages" options.

Any advice?
