Weird problem with safari and google

I recently started having an odd problem with google in safari-->when i open www.google.com i am presented with google in an odd language maybe russian or hebrew I have NO idea.....Its really getting on my nerves and i would appreciate if anyone could tell me how to fix this, please check out the screen shot below,

Try changing Google's language, its' under Preferences which is the middle link to the right of the search bar. Language settings are at the top of the page that should load up. The click the button at the bottom of the page to save the settings.

maybe russian or hebrew I have NO idea...

FYI it's Russian.
