iPod touch Weird problem with the backboard

I'm using iPod touch 4 with iOS 5.1.1, jailbroken.
I used my device and all of a sudden I noticed a weird thing with the app switcher background and the notification center, you can see it in the added pictures. I have no idea what caused that, I tried rebooting and turning to safe mode, but it's the same.

Also the folders background is the same as in the app switcher.

Any idea how can I fix this...?
