My Mac Pro started acting up today. I left it alone, and left my office. When I came back, the mouse was "stuck" at a certain spot on the screen and it would just "jiggle/jitter" around that same spot. I tried everything w/ my mouse, and I even tried other mice. It still keeps happening.

I decide to do a fresh restart to clear up the problem, but instead, another problems comes up. When I boot, the ODD automatically opens (Im not even touching the keyboard). Once I get to the login screen, the mouse is still jittering around, and I can't even move it.

So now Im stuck, unable to login, and have a $4500 piece of metal on my floor! Anyone else experience similar problems? I need this computer for work, and Im thinking I'll have to head to the "Genius" bar to get it sorted out!

Please help! Thanks in advance :)
