Weird Question, but im Totally LOST..

So if I'm on a website that offers me the ability to Browse my computer for a photo to use for instance as an avatar on a forum website i do it.
However when i browse and look around the file structure and go to Pictures folder all that's in there is the iPhoto library. If i click that though nothing works and I CANNOT figure out how to browse for and choose the photo i want without opening iPhoto and dragging it that way.

Any suggestions.

scroll. down...

in the window that opens, if you scroll down below your folders, you'll see "media"...and iPhoto. and all your photos. from there, pick one, upload.
and all should be well...
