Whenever I restart my machine, My Second Macintosh HD Volume seems to unmount, and get some "B Tree" Problems... So I have to erase it every time this happens.. Is there a loose connection or something? A bad Hard Drive? It saves and everything, but this is really weird..

I'm going to use the Tech tool that comes with the Applecae disc and report back in a bit..

Hmm.. Did a Tech tool on it, and it can't find any problems.. :-|

Could anyone else help? I've done an all 0's formatting, and an Applecare Tech tooling on it..

By the way, are Hard Drives covered under the applecare warranty?

I am a fellow quicksilver owner and I once had a hard drive problem. I completely fixed it by popping open the case and pushing in the ata cable. But the symptoms were a little different as this happened to my system HD so upon a restart I couldn't boot.

EDIT: I see someone already suggested this so I guess you already tried it.
