Weird Repositioning on the home screen

So I got a 5C and I've noticed a weird bug on iOS 7. When I'm in an app for a few minutes and then switch to the home screen for a split second it's like all my app icons reposition and sort of jump down a tiny bit. Is anyone else getting this?

I see this every day. Probably a bug with the parallax effect.
