My iPhone 5 on iOS 9 will out of nowhere play the ringtone (that I have set for calls) and will vibrate once and play the tone once without looping but I'm getting NO call or notification! It's out of nowhere!! Does anyone else know of this

Weird ringtone bug on my iPhone 5

Mine has very recently started vibrating randomly. Not sure if the phone is on silent at these times. I installed Pokemon go recently . Maybe that's causing the bug?
I have Pokemon Go also and it has been starting since then. Oh there it goes again! Right as I'm typing lol.
Also another bug I have on my phone, do you ever wake your phone from sleep with the home button and it brings up Siri even though the button wasn't held down?
