Running High Sierra, Safari 13 and am experiencing strange behavior. Clicking links in Safari has stopped opening the link but instead adds the link to the read later list (little icon flies across the screen to the list). Also, command-L does not give focus to the URL box of the browser but instead offers to close all applications and log out. The keyboard to character mappinavg is screwed up, resulting in all caps and important characters completely mis-mapped. If I switch to guest user account normal behavior is observed. Also other apps exhibit normal behavior in the user account. Could it be Safari prefs are corrupt in the user account? Any other possibilities? Can I just delete Safari prefs?
