First of all, I have done the following
-Reset Safari
-Delete cookies, cache, logs, everything
-Delete Icon Cache in ~/Library/Safari
-Delete all my bookmarks, saved passwords, everything
-Run all Onyx maintanence and cleaning scripts
That said, Safari WORKS okay, but it's slow. Pages render quickly and all, but when you click a link (or bookmark, or whatever) there's a 1-2 second lag where the mouse cursor doesn't change or anything, and the entire app basically hangs for an instant.
The lag is not present in Firefox, Camino, or (curiously, as it uses webkit), Shiira.
I have Saft. I guess I'll try uninstalling it and see if it makes any difference, but I haven't changed anything on it recently.

Just my luck. Fixed it right after posting. Saft saves browser windows so when you open it you can restore previous sessions. The list of previous sessions had been growing since I installed Saft. Clearing this list solves the lag.
