Weird screentime issues.

So, Catalina on my 16" MB Pro. Apple ScreenTime controls (e.g. 10 minutes of Twitter/day, then block) work on Safari... but not on Firefox or any other browser.

SelfControl works on all browsers.
Freedom works on all browsers.

Any clue why? It didn't used to be this way.
