Weird Shadow on iphone 4 (after screen replacement)

Hi,

I have just finished replacing the LCD screen and digitiser on my iphone 4, and am getting this weird shadowing on the screen. (see attached pic)

I have probably changed about 7 or 8 iphone screens and never come across this before?

Can anyone tell me if there is a quick fix to this, or if it is a bad LCD/digitiser?
