I just started using Spaces a few days ago and have noticed that when I switch between apps in different spaces (for instance, between Safari in Space 1 and Photoshop CS3 in Space 3), related windows (toolbars and such) don't appear. Sometimes one of the windows will appear in a semi-transparent state while others don't appear at all. These screen shot are what typically happens and what should happen.
