After reinstalling osx a few weeks ago I've been having out of the ordinary icons appear when I first boot up the computer. After pressing the power button the screen first stays black for 5 secs. Then a flashing globe appears for about 10 secs, after that a folder with a ? that then turns into a mac smiley flashes for something like 10 secs (flashes back a forth from ? to mac smile). After this the regular Apple logo shows up and osx startsup as usual. My powerbook has never shown he first two steps in the start up process before. Anybody know what they mean and if so, if its bad at all?

Thanks!
