Weird Synching Issue

I have an iPhone 4S and I use iTunes Match. I have an odd issue where in the Summary tab of iTunes, if I check "Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi" the data for Audio goes from 1.02 GB to 1.89 GB and Book drops from .16GB to .15GB. Does anyone know why this is happening?
