weird text to speech issue with update

Yesterday I ran updates and downloaded Mack OS sierra 10.12.5, Ever since that When I am using chrome and right click on a word or sentence to have read aloud to me, I hear Nothing but the text to speech feature still works in safari in. Can someone test this To see if this is just my iMac or if it's a widespread issue? Thanks
