Weird thing happened after Hard Drive Firmware Update 2.0...

I updated the Hard Drive Firmware Update 2.0 just an hour ago. After that, my macbook pro start the sound the basso sound randomly. :confused:
Does any one has any idea?
I tried to restart and also repair the disk utility. Still happened...
Please help me.....
