Weird thing happened when I turned the iPhone on...

I just installed 3.0 yesterday afternoon. This morning I turned my phone on and after about 20 seconds the apple logo disappeared, leaving the glowing dark screen behind it. It then stalls for about 10 seconds before the lock screen appears, (as if I just did a hard restart), unlike going straight to the home screen as in 2.2.1.

Is this happening to anyone else?
