Hi all, I’m having a few strange goings on with my ATV4K
I went to watch a movie and couldn’t find it in my purchased section, on further inspection there were 11 movies and 3 TV series that were in my account history but not showing in my purchased items
Online chat with Apple got them back again but there are a few weird things still happening.
1. My ATV is showing as 22 episodes of 24 season 5 as purchased, it won’t even let me see the two missing episodes but my iPad shows all 24 as available for download as does iTunes....not sure how to get the ATV to see the same episodes as my iPad (tried rebooting and signing out/in)
2. I have a few movies that were redeemed from iTunes Digital Codes in Blu Ray Packs but there seems to be no consistency in the formats...
Star Trek shows as available in Dolby Vision on my iPad and also when playing on the ATV but no 4K Label but only downloads in SD, X-Men First Class also downloads and plays as SD but shows as HDR on the ATV
I’m certain that these movies used to be in HD as the codes came from a Blu Ray but also a little surprised that it’s giving me HDR and Dolby Vision but not 4K
Any ideas??
