Weird Transparency Issue in LaunchPad

I'm having a weird issue when installing Apps from the Mac App Store. I'm getting this strange transparency thing. It's happened every since I did a clean install of MacOS Sierra a few months back. I guess I'm not googling the right term as to what is going on. Has anyone else seen this?
