Weird update glitch Mac

Hi Forum,

lately i've noticed a weird glitch on my Mac. My app updates no longer show under the updates tab in the Mac App store. However, under the purchaches tabs, I cant click an update button for each app individually. They also seem to be full new apps instead of delta updates, and don't appear in the recently installed list after updating them.

Any ideas?
