Hello there, firstly English is not my mother tongue so please pardon my mistakes.
Couple of days ago I noticed this werid bug in wallpaper settings.
I couldn't get it on the camera so I tried to imitate the issue with the screenshot below (with my phenomenal photoshop skills
).
In this exact screen (Settings → Wallpaper → Choose a New Wallpaper → select some random picutre preferably light/white one) there's this area right where I pointed on the wallpaper appears brighter than the rest of the screen. At first it's kinda hard to see but it's surely there. It's all fine on the homescreen or photos app btw.
At first, I thought I had a faulty display. Then I checked some other devices at the store and I noticed the same error on some other iPhone's.
Accordingly, this must be a software bug. I'm not sure how long has this error been present or which devices have this error.
I'm using 12 Pro (14.5). At the store, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max have the same issue and they were both on 14.4.2.
