So after some time of having Yosemite installed on my early '11 MBP last week it had some weird issue. Suddenly the wifi couldn't be activated anymore (I haven't disabled it, so it just stopped working I guess). When I logged out and in again it showed the symbol for "no hardware detected".. I started up Windows on bootcamp to realize it had the same issue there, so I thought my hardware has failed, right?

No, because after a PRAM reset it worked properly again! So I thought, well something must have gone wrong, nothing to worry about.. But it came again... and again.. and again! I just don't know what causes this. Just checked the updates and I'm on the latest version.

Anybody else having that issue? Any ideas to not having to reset PRAM all the time but a better method so it just resets the Wifi settings or something? Because having to restart my machine from now to then only to go online is pretty anoying ;)

Every more or less helpful post is welcome :)
