So, I had my Shure Headphones in using the MPA and got a call. I was actually outside doing yard work and while I had everything shut down, just moving a box or shutting a door was completely overriding everything I was saying to my wife, on the other end. In fact, once she mentioned this, I noticed I could hear it in my ear. This is the first time I have heard a mobile phone backfeed the sound from the call location into the earpiece.
This definitely did not happen with the iPhone 3G as I received many calls using the same setup and no issues talking or being heard and I definitely did not have sounds or my voice from my end in my ear, as it actually did seem a little weird takling since the Shure in ears block external sound so well.
Is this possibly some interaction with the noise cancelling mic on the top of the iPhone 4? Is there something in the new iPhone headphones that is not in the Sure MPA and it is causing this?
