According to Phillies.com the Phils and Tribe have come to an agreement that will send Cy Young award winner to the Phillies along with a OF Ben Francisco. In return the Indians will get Jason Knapp, Carlos Carrasco, Jason Donald and Lou Marson.

This is a win for the Phils the get a SOLID number 2 and keep their young pitchers in Happ and Drabek.
