Hi everyone.

Recently I bought the new white color MacBook. The thing is that after I partitioned the macbook and then I reinstalled snow leopard, the welcome video was not playing the sound when it first started. After pressing the increase volume button on the computer the sound could be heard. I have reinstalled leopard many times before and the welcome video sound always could be heard. So I was wondering did my installation of snow leopard go through properly even if the macbook was somehow "muted" even after reinstalling snow leopard. My only explanation for the sound being muted is that before I partitioned the hard disk and reinstalled snow leopard I had used the mute button to shut off some annoying music from websites.

So, my question is, is snow leopard installed properly, or should I reinstall it again?

Thanks in advanced, I'm a little paranoid
