Well, Apple can start advertising the 3GS in England as that super quick ad.

I remember when an iPhone ad was banned in the UK for "misleading claims".

The 3Gs feels like one of those phones in the ad. The speed is simply amazing. Everything is near instant. Apple did a great job. If you can upgrade, do it. You won't be disappointed.

That's what disclaimers are for. Next time we see an iPhone commercial, it'll probably be littered with small fine print at the bottom. Or maybe Apple will push even harder for flash support.
