Wow!

First of all, I LOVE my iPhone!!! I got mine about 18 mins from launch time - that includes moving in the queue, getting inside and purchasing one!

Apple made it so smooth and when you got in the store, the staff and people were cheering, half the customers were going up stairs, half downstairs! And if you purchased one upstairs, you came down the stairs to applause!!!!

It was so quick and the queue moved so fast!!

Got home - activated it - which went so quick!!!

Well Done Apple!

I'll give Apple the credit. They know how to manage a queue.

I went to the Brent Cross store, there were staff moving up and down the line outside giving out bottle of water. They arranged for starbucks to bring up little cups of coffee. The staff were happy to chat and answer any questions.

When the store opened there was lots of cheering/applauding from the staff. The whole atmosphere was great and the line moved quickly and without fuss.
I was number 30 in the line and it took me 10mins to get in, purchase and get out.

No problems. All in all, well done Apple.
