That is crazy. Anyone know how long this person was accepting donations? What perks (like ad space?), if any, did one get for donating?
i dont understand why people GIVE money away to "creative" eBay auctions. (like mystery envelopes or a piece of plastic with the word THIS written on it for $75)

It looked as if that was one of his clients - we's a video editor.
Too bad the site has changed since he made the dough, it would all make more sense, then.
He does video editing for a living and he needs a new Mac. He thought if he got people to donate money for a G5, he'd blow up his G4 as a reward, basically.Sharewaredemon said:
