As per the title I bought a 17" MBP from the Aust. refurb store.
Got one of the 2.66/320Gig versions. Completely unmarked looked brand new.
Ordered Monday afternoon and recieved 10am Tuesday...WOW
All I can say is that these things are freaking awesome. I cant believe I didnt get one sooner.
Installed vista on Bootcamp and got parallels working with the boot camp partion no problems, but you know what? I have not had cause to go into Vista yet!!
Ill keep it on there for games etc but my biggest worry was id be living in boot camp. Not so!
Oh and as a bonus the cycle count was 0 when I checked so Im guessing that there is a pretty good chance that the MBP I recieved is is brand new and has just been put into the refub shop as it is the 2.66/320 version.
Anyway it is true what they say about Apple...these things just work, anyone thinking of making the switch I highly recommend it.
P.S has anyone else noticed that the M and W keys are exactlly the same?
