Well, I'm looking for a live streaming..

My MB is connected to a 22" display.
I'm wanting it to live stream a channel like Sky Sports or Sky News at full screen.

Anybody know what I can do for this?

See if the sky website has a live stream. CNN and BBC sometimes do

And there are some apps with free internet tv. ill see if I can find it.

One problem is that if you are watching a flash video in fullscreen, and you click on anything on the other monitor, the video will exit from fullscreen.

Thats very true, but you can open it in a regular window in safari, and use the safari 4 zoom i guess.
