Went Backwards: Prepared to Ship back to Not Yet Shipped

So last night about 8:30 pm PST my order went to Preapred for Shipment.

yeah.
woot.

Cancel option all greyed out. Looking good!

Maintenance came last night. Then I looked at my order this AM to see if it had moved to shipped.

------back to not yet shipped.

That's a weird one. What did those basdtards do--take it off the truck?

Same thing here on both mine and my girlfriends orders. And we're in the same boat with accidental duplicate orders as you.

Not good.

I am on hold with apple now. Did you talk to them yet? it's been 30 minutes.
 
It's all over the place. The charges (maybe preauthorizations) disappeared, and now one of my iPhones shipped... but they didn't make any second, final charges on my debit card.

So you had both an aTT order and an Apple order and one shipped?

No I'm not calling them. We know more than anyone that answers the phone there, trust me.

I hope you kept your AT&T order. I'm fully expecting to see the apple orders canceled eventually.

I think things are different with each launch. If you were in the same position I don't think you'd mind talking about it.

they maybe took it off the plane hehe theres no truck that I know of that can ride across the ocean like that..;) best of luck to you

CS just answered. The guy said he is committed to helping me with my order. We'll see.
 
He said it went from prepared to ship to not prepared becasue AT&T blocked the order....not good..
He said to call AT&T to find out why.
That doesn't sound very committed:)
 
Well I had two orders but to remove any fishiness from happening, I cancelled my AT&T order. All is good, my iPhone is shipped and on the way. I don't know if it would be, had I left that duplicate order there. Anyone shipped yet with duplicate orders?

a lame one. 15% off and I have to order within 1 week. Like what am I gonna buy? an IPhone?

@promod I called AT&T--they had no record of any problems. They really don't know what's going on. At this point ya kinda just have to hope for the best.

That's the number I tried to call as soon as I found out we had double orders and got a nice message saying to try to call us again in a couple years, we're not answering calls right now. LOL.

What am I going to ask them? Why my shipment went from prepared to not yet? I doubt they'll even have a clue what I'm talking about.

Say you have a double order. The apple one is flummoxed, Apple says "carrier denied" and you want to make sure one of them gets through. any one.
