Went from 4.0 to 4.3.2... need help on a couple issues...

First, the Cydia search list doesn't have of the index and is not listed in alphabetical order. How can you add that? (Similar to the manage>packages index)

2nd, how do you lower the docks icons? They are much higher on the springboard than they were.
