went to the apple store today to see if they could do something about my malfunctioning battery. i've had it for less than a year...i took it in...told them what was wrong...they checked to see if they had one...they didn't cause someone had JUST gotten there last one...but they filled a quick form and will have one in in a few days.

i have to say i'm impressed. there were no hassles whatsoever...man i would have gotten the new battery RIGHT THEN! if they had had one. oh well... i'm getting it under warranty and with only the hassle of going to the apple store...which is a treat anyway!! cause i finally got to see the 17inchs....there pretty cool..to big for me but still cool

That's typical Apple for you. It's as nice as my encounter earlier. I had one of the feet from iBook's battery, called them up, and they gave me a whole new battery within the week.

Great service. Apple does good once again.
