Were is Siri my 4S still has Voice Control!

Finally just activated my 4S tonight and I get it up and running all set and ready to play around with Siri and I hold the button down and Voice Control pops up!

WTH?! Am I doing something stupid?

Help :(

you have to activate Siri from your general settings
