Western Digital 1TB RE3 3.5 HD???

Hey guys, a quick 2 questions please.

1) Is the Western Digital 1TB RE3 3.5 HD reccommended for the 8 Core MP? Or am I better of sticking to the WD 1TB Black Caviar?

2) When ordering my HDD do I also need the cables? Or do I just need to order the drive as it is?

Hey guy, 2 quick answers:

1) both are possible and often discussed here, RE3 might be more recommended for building a RAID or 24/7
2) bay 1-4 needs no further cables at all, as 2nd optical drive bay in MP 09 doesn´t neither

And 1 suggestion:

RE4 is on it´s way even for higher capacity

Unless you want to use your MacPro as a Server, don't buy the Raid Edition drives.
They are supposed for 24/7 applications.
