Western Digital and Airport Extreme Base station

I have heard about various problems with external hard drives not working correctly with the new airport extreme base station.

I was wondering if anyone was using the Western Digital My Book range

And if they had any problems ?

I find that when the Extreme is writing to many files simultaneously, it tends to suddenly make the drive start spinning wildly. At least it does this to my Iomega 1TB UltraMax, and the drive checks out fine. This happened twice when I was downloading whole TV series and podcasts from iTMS. I expect another firmware revision soon.
