Wet phone

I dropped the 3G iphone in the sink. Did the normal drying, and sitting in rice.
Seems to be working, except every time I try to use the phone, I get the same error message, "This accessory is not optimized for this phone."
When I hit dismiss, I am able to continue. Any suggestions or comments?

You can't do too much else, you can use it as is, or you can take it to Apple for a $199 out of warranty exchange.
