Hey everyone, I purchased a WET54G in order to connect my PowerMac G4 to the internet at home, where I have a wireless router.

So far, I've been able to get the Powermac to communicate with the rest of the network in order to use file sharing and iTunes streaming. However, I cannot get it to go out to the internet, despite the fact that I can connect to the router that controls the DSL modem. Can anyone give me any help?

Currently here are the settings:

Powermac G4:
Configured manually (Autoconfiguration does not work correctly)
IP Address 192.168.1.2
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Router 192.168.1.226

RET54G Router
IP Address 192.168.1.226
Automatic DHCP Configuration

Whenever I plug in a windows machine, the gateway works as advertised and I go straight out into the internet. I must be missing something when I put the settings into the Mac computer. Any suggestions for something i might have overlooked would be appreciated

Okay, I figured it out finally. Anyone who has this problem, go into the Bridge configuration page, go to the advanced tab and turn on MAC Cloning.
