Hey guys,

I'm finally going to pull the trigger on my first Mac computer ever, a 2011 13" Macbook Pro! :D I'd like to use optibay and put a large storage drive into the optical drive, but run a main SSD drive. This drive will only have OSX on it, and the programs I use. I guess my question is what is the best SSD off of Newegg that would work in this machine, for around $130-$150. I'm looking for the fastest, most reliable option. If I need to go up to 200$ to get the reliability I need, I'd be willing to, but I'm hoping to stay in my price range!

Initially, I was looking at the OCZ Agility III, but then heard they were plagued with problems in OSX. I figured I'd ask you guys, because you guys are the experts! ;)

Thanks for any, and all help!

I'd probably go with a Vertex 3. You can get a 60GB one for $150 from Newegg right HERE. I have the 120GB version, which I purchased after two failed Intel 320 SSDs. Very happy with it.
