what a mistake... 4S

You cannot downgrade a 4S currently even with Shsh blobs saved.

I just don't get it. Why is the 4S so special that you can't do so many things with it compared to other iphones?
Love how when people tell him the truth and answer the question they get downvoted
He said he thought he could downgrade, so I told him next time to research more cause what is true for all other iphones currently is not for the 4S.
This way he wont get stuck. You know, ask questions first then proceed.

It is AT&T, pending unlock. Right now, i am using SAM and it also works on gevey if i need to as it is 5.0.1. i only started using iphone 2 months ago with a 3gs, unlocked and sold it. Then, i got a 4, now a 4s. I did not even know what jailbreaking and unlocking meant before that. One rule of thumb, do NOT restore and/or upgrade ur iphone & guard ur baseband with your life unless you want a shiny ipod for a long long time.

A little research before doing something can only be a benefit.
In my defense I upgraded and downgraded while apple was still signing 5.01 I was going to downgrade again just before they stopped....
Damn was too late. I'm assuming that the 4s's shsh's will eventually be able to be used??? Otherwise y does saurik save them?

We saved them in case we ever need them, but may not ever use them but it nice to have it, like a condom, better have one and no need it, than need one and don't have one.
