If I had had any idea it was going to be this difficult I'm not sure I would have done it. The biggest thing is I didn't use a password to open my iMac. I had no idea how difficult that would be. I took the beautiful machine home and within a couple of hours someone from the store was reinstating Sequoiai. I used to be a computer tech but that was way before I turned 77, had a heart tack, got severe tremors, and other things that went along with that. I have had it up and running for 4 days now and till having trouble with passwords, but so far I've managed to stat out of Activation Lock. It's nice to be back.

We're going to need a bit more details, are you talking about the MBP, software. What were you trying to do? I don't see how out of the (so to speak), a Mac would run afoul of passwords. Its dead simple.

let me help translate OP message since I speak 1960s!

what you need to do is either log in when the iMac turns on, or bypass that step.
with Sequoia that process is involved compared to mt lion or even Ventura.
I tried to by pass that without any luck, I still need to type my password every restart and activation when idle.
even though I have that set to bypass that with user and groups.

I can't help with the health issues tho, just eat more ginger root and drink carrot juice!
