An awesome place
Completely off the radar, Missing In Action. What is the deal with theses apps. Absolutely no mention of them.

I can't wait to see what they are still hiding.

Any thoughts, does anybody know anything?

It is just that ONE MORE THING that would never come to be.

Let's hope it would be released in a couple of months. I am waiting (or must say hoping) for a surprise keynote where Steve would update the iMac and release iWork and iLife.

Yeah...Likely we'll find out an iLife/iWork release date at the same time we find out the Leopard release date.

The only other (slim) possibility I see is them coming out at the same time as a redesigned iMac.

Didn't really expect these consumer apps to be upgraded at a developer's conference. Expect to see them bundled with Leopard in October.

I doubt they would be bundled with Leopard, if it was that way, Steve would have mentioned it today.

But it would be cool if that happens:cool:

I hope we set them soon....iWork mostly. I don't really need it now, but some fall, I'll be hard pressed to use Pages '05 on my Intel Mac Mini.

i dont have iwork yet on my macbook, but i plan on gettin it soon. What do you guys think?

Patients young grasshopper, they will come once they are ready. No need to rush.

Since when are young grasshoppers in the medical profession? :p

I just wish some software developer would get its act together on a decent spreadsheet program. OpenOffice right now is a drag, but the Aqua version is supposedly picking up steam. AppleWorks doesn't even support multiple worksheets per file -- I have found this feature to be very useful. I've tried some shareware spreadsheet programs, but they didn't seem very intuitive.
