I was about to order an M1 Mac mini but then I checked how I would calibrate and profile my screen. Well, it appears there is no working solution at the moment, including on rosetta.

I have both an i1 Display colorimeter and an old i1 spectrophotometer, but no software will support them currently on Apple Silicon. For me this is a show stopper.

Doesn't that bother anyone? How do people solve this?

Seems to me that you don’t buy a new M1 System for mission critical stuff, until your particular usages are met by all parties.. which has been the standard advice for a long time with anything.
You’ll need to wait until the manufacture’s update their apps and/or hardware systems and potentially buy a new device to calibrate with.
