What accessories to buy for 13" MBP

Just pulled the trigger on a 13 inch Macbook Pro. I am curious what accessories you all have purchased for MBP's. I have a nice swiss laptop bag for my old Gateway laptop but its pretty big for the 13in MBP. Not sure if I want a sleeve type, or another shoulder carry bag. I have seen there are also snap on covers etc but not sure how I feel about those.

Advice and pics would be much appreciated.
