What am I doing wrong? iCal -> iPhone question

Hi All -

When I enter a new event in iCal it pushes to my iPhone but shows up 2 hours earlier than the time I entered into iCal.

I'm set up everywhere for the same time zone .... don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Lots of upcoming travel and I need to know that my events are scheduled for the correct time ... please help.
